Our app will easily guide you along the steps to begin an active lifestyle. By leading a more active and healthy lifestyle, we can decrease the burden of chronic disease in the future.
In order to accomplish this, we will follow the 4 simple laws of behavior change defined by author James Clear in his best selling book, Atomic Habits.

How Does it Work?
We have built an app for download to your mobile device. The app provides easy to understand daily activities for you to incorporate into your busy lifestyle. As you complete each micro workout session, the app tracks your progress along the way and even provides short demonstration videos to guide you through.

Simply put, the app is for anyone who seeks help beginning a fitness habit. Especially those of us who find themselves in a sedentary work environment in front of a laptop for most of the day. With our new found freedom to work from home, you have the ability to stand up and take 5 minutes from your day to get active and cultivate a rewarding fitness habit that can lead to great improvements in your lifestyle.
